Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Eddie Mezardjian graduated from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. A lifetime athlete, Mezardjian has harnessed his competitive drive from the field of play into the daily routine of managing his luxury homebuilding company, The Mezardjian Group, Inc. The company was established in 1989 and has enjoyed a clientele list that includes prominent local business leaders, internationally known personalities and various professionals that have chosen to make Central Florida their home.

Always striving to accommodate his client’s satisfaction, Eddie is constantly searching for the best materials to withstand the punishing conditions of the sub-tropical Central Florida climate. “Our exterior finishes demand the weather resistance and durability to not only survive the environmental conditions, but look beautiful while doing it.
